I am a Mississippi divorce attorney and member of a newly established boutique law firm. I work all over the state- specializing in divorce, child custody, property division, alimony, child support, contested adoptions, paternity, post divorce modification and contempt, alienation of affection, alternate dispute resolution and every other aspect of the area of practice known as "family law" or "domestic relations." In my capacity as a mediator, I work hard to help parties to a family law dispute settle out of court, striving to facilitate communication and promote understanding and a win/win deal. Robertson + Associates is now seeking resumes for a part-time Junior Legal Assistant. The prospective candidate must be at least 17 years old and have a valid driver’s license and independent means of transportation. Duties will include, but not be limited to filing, service of process, data entry, transcription, errands and all other aspects of the daily operation of a specialty law office. Applicants should be able to devote three (3) to four (4) hours per day and compensation will be based on experience. Training for this position shall begin on July 19, 2010.
