Most lawyers who have spent any time in chancery court in Mississippi will tell you that judges love to hear adoptions. There is something magical and spiritual about a child being accepted by a family as one of their own. We are passionate about adoption- so much that we are willing to work with just about any budget to help.
We practice in complicated termination of parental rights cases, straightforward step-parent adoptions, international re-adoptions, private adoptions and we partner closely with the beautiful people who work in agencies around the country, including 200 Million Flowers. We also work closely with the DHS to help parents foster and foster to adopt.
