Word

W  o  r  d  s   are chameleons, which reflect the color of their environment. (Learned Hand) Words are symbols indicating ideas and subject to contraction and expansion to meet the idea sought to be expressed, and like a potter works with clay or an artist manipulates oils, a lawyer’s raw material is his words, both written and spoken- to the court, to his client, to opposing counsel.

The following are forms for the attorney (and are no substitute for a lawyer specializing in domestic relations) If you are an attorney and need a form, shoot me an email and I will be happy to share what i have:

P r o s:

the red digits on the night stands blink
the alarms sound early so that we feel as if we are sleeping in a little

arbitrary second
arbitrary breath
arbitrary moment

time will not slow down
we cannot stop the hollow boredom that is today
but we can get so busy that we don't notice it at all
is that the answer

so we sit in the office staring out the window if we have one
or the computer screen that is our digital window to the world
or we bury ourselves in paper so that we do not have time to look out the window

I want to go outside and lay in the grass
but I don't want to get my work clothes dirty

dry cleaning is so expensive

Whitesnake - Here I Go Again

I don’t know where I’m going
But, I sure know where I’ve been
Hanging on the promises
In songs of yesterday
An I’ve made up my mind,
I ain’t wasting no more time
But, here I go again
Here I go again

Tho I keep searching for an answer,
I never seem to find what I’m looking for
Oh lord, I pray
You give me strength to carry on,
Cos I know what it means
To walk along the lonely street of dreams

An here I go again on my own
Goin’ down the only road I’ve ever known,
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone
An I’ve made up my mind
I ain’t wasting no more time

I’m just another heart in need of rescue,
Waiting on loves sweet charity
An I’m gonna hold on
For the rest of my days,
Cos I know what it means
To walk along the lonely street of dreams

An here I go again on my own
Goin’ down the only road I’ve ever known,
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone
An I’ve made up my mind
I ain’t wasting no more time

But, here I go again,
Here I go again,
Here I go again,
Here I go...

An I’ve made up my mind,
I ain’t wasting no more time

An here I go again on my own
Goin’ down the only road I’ve ever known,
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone
Cos I know what it means
To walk along the lonely street of dreams

An here I go again on my own
Goin’ down the only road I’ve ever known,
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone
An I’ve made up my mind
I ain’t wasting no more time...

But, here I go again,
Here I go again,
Here I go again,
Here I go,
Here I go again...

Cemeteries Of London lyrics

Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends [2008]
At night they would go walking
'till the breaking of the day
The morning is for sleeping
Through the dark streets
They go searching to see God
In their own way
Save the night time
For your weeping
Your weeping
Singing la la la la la la ehh
And the night over London hey
So we rode down to the river
Where the
(something something)
For the curses to be broken
We go underneath the arches
Where the witches are
(something something)
There are ghost towns
In the ocean
The ocean
Singing la la la la la la ehh
And the night over London hey
Gunners in the houses
And gunners in my head
And all the cemeteries
In London
I see god come in my garden
But I don't know what he said
For my heart it wasn't open
Not open
Singing
La la la la la la ehh
And the night
Over London hey
Singing
La la la la la la eh
There's no light
Over London today
